This Sprint service center in particular does not offer superior service like the other ones I go to. I needed to replace a charger for my Sprint phone, mind you they are a "Full Service Center" but would not repair my charger. They were the closest to me as a matter of convience, but insisted that I go to the Srpint store ALL THE WAY across town that I purchased the phone from because they were too lazy to do it.
