Was sent there by customer service for technical support... got there and the manager said “I don’t know why they do this we can’t do anything in the store” and proceeded to ignore me and pretend I wasn’t there. Never been treated that poorly ever in a store. There is a reason why sprint have the cheapest service... that’s because it sucks.

I was recently in the store with my boyfriend and it was the worse customer service I have ever had at a sprint store. Out of the 3 people working, one person said hello. Even that hello was rude. The one guy that proceeded to help, was a complete jerk. He didn't help at all and every time I asked a question be barely answered or had an attitude. He then had a friend walk in and disregarded me completely to cut up with his friend. When my boyfriend and I finally picked a phone, I was met with the response " we don't have it.... read more
