Was in the store 15-20 mins to ask a simple question about my phone. 3 reps had customers but no one acknowledged that I was in the store. One rep finished with his customer meaning I was next right. Nope...he continued on his computer never spoke or anything to me. He looks up at me and walks off to the service desk to laugh and talk with a customer that is currently being helped meaning 3 reps helping 2 customers and I'm still standing there still not acknowledged. I would recommend ryan at store 3252 to anyone.He is so professional and he is diligent when it comes to getting his customers the best deals. I like it when he follows up with his customers to ensure the satisfaction of the products.
