The two young ladies, Megan and Alex, were very helpful to an old lady who does not like change and is not "savy" on her cell phone. I was in there a total of three times to get a new phone and get it set up. They both were very knowledgeable and were able to help me with questions I had. Thank You to Megan and Alex.
