The two young ladies, Megan and Alex, were very helpful to an old lady who does not like change and is not "savy" on her cell phone. I was in there a total of three times to get a new phone and get it set up. They both were very knowledgeable and were able to help me with questions I had. Thank You to Megan and Alex. I appreciate you.
I was very happy with the services I received from this store. There were only two employees there but they remained nice and very helpful even though they were busy. It only took a few minutes to get my needs met. I was releived and very happy when I left the store. Love my new phone,
