This store is useless. They are a privately owned store, therefore if you have an issue and bought your phone at any other store they will not help you. But one thing they sure will do is charge you extra to pay your bill in the store. If you intend to be a long term sprint customer you are better off making the drive to Lexington to a corporate store. This store like many other private owned in Richmond will eventually close down.
