There can be 10 customers in there which is always, with one idiot asking what you need and one person that can actually do anything, then takes 30 minutes to get through one customer. I told them I was there to get two new phones (we’ve been customers good no on 10years) and I was wanting to get started before my wife showed up since it takes 2 hours to transfer to a new phone... but now, instead of getting me started they let 3 groups of people ahead of me.
