RecommendedKenny at this location was AMAZING! I live in Massachusetts and needed to get me daughter a new phone immediately, she lives in Oxford, MS. Due to the situation surrounding Covid-19, phones were difficult to get on the Sprint website or other major retailers. I called the store and not only did Kenny locate a phone, he drove to TN to pick it up so it would be in the store when my daughter arrived. The two employees worked extra hard to fix a system problem from Sprint. The National Sprint service was horrible and could not resolve their own system issue BUT the two employees at the store worked diligently to help us. National Sprint is lucky this particular store had these two particular employees because they were the only two good things that happened over that 2+ hour death march.

Rikita was very helpful and knowledgeable in store today. I had got caught up in my kids group text thread and needed help blocking the individual numbers in the thread. I dont get a very good signal but at least the customer service is good.

I previously had my cell service with another carrier. After wondering in Sprint (In Olive Branch) one afternoon I realized that I could get "more for less" I am saving right at $100 month. That in itself was a big selling point. I have been back to this store several times to upgrade my phone. Each time, I enjoy my visit. I feel like I have gotten to know the staff here.
