MY BROTHER HAS BEEN IN THAT STORE SEVERAL TIMES TO GET HELP WITH HIS PHONE AND SAID ARE REPS ARE VERY RUDE, THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO SET UP PHONES, OPERATE DIFFERENT PHONES,,,,,VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK INTO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN!!! WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IT WON'T BE LONG FOR THAT STORE TO CLOSE SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO STARS!!!!!!!
