Couldn’t be happier, went in last week looking to switch over from Verizon. I was helped by Luis and he looked for every deal he could get me. He was helpful friendly and knowledgeable. He was even willing to stay late to get our lines switched over. Great service, very happy.
My personal TMobile phone was under my wife's name/account but the billing was under me. I brought my wife from to T-Mobile from Verizon last March. She traded her Verizon phone for a new iphone 13, and I wanted to have my name and billing under my name, I was told by the store that it was possible of they created a new account. Now, I got a bill for $700 bill because someone did not migrate the trade in savings with it.
