this store is absolutely horrid, i waited for several minutes. Then the manager passed me off to this guy who was slime. He then proceeds to attempt to save me money by charging me more than my bill originally was. he then sold us a phone and phone case that was honestly what i wanted, kept pressuring me onto the sale. i then chck my bill online and he charged me for several things that i did not agree to or need, i had to call the customer service line to get it resolved. i honestly after this experience am heading to a dif... read more

I walked in and no one said hello or Hi or what can I do for you I’ll be with you in just a minute nothing no acknowledgement. So 2 workers are helping customers, a 3rd one comes out and finishes up with another lady. He makes eye contact with me so he knows I’m sitting here. He finishes with the lady, messes on his phone for a few minutes then says “I’m going to lunch” and leaves. I understand that it’s almost 1 but, that kind of customer service is atrocious.
