Went in to transfer info from one android to our new iPhone. Ian was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. Being new to this phone he provided his expertise in helping us to use our new phones and gave us tips as well as where to locate other information. It was a wonderful experience.
My mother and I went into this store after our phone no longer workd. They wouldn't look at the phone or do anything they just wanted to sell her a new one. Told her to go buy any phone on Craig's list and they would put it on for her after she did this they said that won't work its not a sprint phone you have to buy one.
