The Associate got me just ate me up with unnecessary billing! Won't recommend thus store.
Don’t use t mobile if you don’t want to be charged unnecessary billing. I cancelled my service and since I was 4 days into the new billing process they charged me the full 30 days even though 26 of those days I was with a different carrier. I wasn’t using t mobiles resources or network and I was still liable for the full price. They don’t train their staff properly. I was told in store that I would only be responsible for my usage.
