Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! I purchased an Invisible Glass Shield which the rep installed for me (without the cleaner first!). It cracked 3 weeks later. I was told when I purchased this AMAZING shield that I could return it to the store up to a year and then after use the ZAGG warranty. Thank goodness I previously registered it!
