Manager doesn’t know what customer service. You’re willing to lose a customer over a $45 restocking fee. Luckily you work for one of the 3 big cell phone service. Your attitude stinks and is crappy and I would never refer people because of that manager. It’s unfortunate that you have a bad apple in your company that prevents you from growing your customer base.
