I made multiple trips, only in order not to have a working Sprint Samsung phone even after they ordered in a replacement, per insurance policy. I made 5 trips total, for what should have taken 2 or at most 3, wasting a ridiculous amount of time in the process. The only thing this crew seems good at, is to cajole a customer to spend even more $ and get an "upgrade".
