two days in a row I had to go to the Sprint store, no fault of theirs. The new manager was fantastic he jumped right into ask questions kept in touch with me while his team assisted me and made sure that I was getting the assistance that I needed. this manager did not send me out the door to go online and do it myself which I cannot express how much that meant to me. I've been with Sprint for over 10 years and the new management has been more kind to me than ever before! kudos to a great team

For over a month my phone has been continually shut off because Sprint is not giving me my credit that I was told I would be given.Its a business phone so I am losing customers and money one after another.i go to the store,they call someone,phone is turned back on.Two or three days later..it's off again!!!I was also told that $200 would be deposited into my bank account for switching to Sprint..that never happened either!!To date I have now lost 6 customers and over $4,000.00.But has anyone from Sprint offered any compensati... read more

Josh is awesome!! They do have a little bit of a wait sometimes but they do the best they can and are extremely helpful when you are there.
