After dealing with a malcontent at the Louise Location and her manager, I went to the east side store and dealt with Jordon who was professional, helpful and turned a bad Sprint experience into a good one . I advocate the rep but I found out they rotate stores so I would call ahead and make sure Jordan or another professional lives there or you might end up with somebody like the girl on the east side or her manager Nick.
