Cupcakes are the best!!!!! Service…. Horrible experience!!! Felix was the one that attended me yesterday and I must say he made this experience quite unpleasant all thanks to his attitude and horrible service. Spending my money to enjoy not to be treated so horrible as he made this experience.
Service was great! The cupcakes just aren’t the best. Not very moist. And the icing is incredibly sweet.
The service was execellent! I had the protein powder up cupcake and my sister had the coffee cupcake, both were so good, I really would come back to get the same order.
The service was impeccable! The nice young man at the counter explained all the flavors to me and was courteous. However the cupcakes were very lack-luster. I got the 3 piece minis and they were all very dry. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to a sweet treat, but I think they were either over baked or missing something.
Long time customer. I am very disappointed in today’s cupcakes. Purchased a custom box of cupcakes for a birthday celebration and they were awful. They were very dry and fell apart. Normally, Sprinkles’ cupcakes are moist and enjoyable and our expectations were just that. Unfortunately, it was completely the opposite. One even had the flavor of cardboard as if it were left in a box overnight, not sure how else to explain it. May not return after tonight’s experience.
