These cupcakes are absolutely delicious. My favorite is the classic sprinkle cupcake. The frosting is delicious, the cake is moist, and so many sprinkles. Highly recommend. Although, honestly, couldnt rate it 5 stars because the 4 times I've been there in the last month, the customer service has been terrible. Im usually a generous tipper, and usually tip a small amount out of obligation, but haven't been able to bring myself to tip based on the terrible customer service. The website said open at 12pm on Sunday. Waited till 12:30om and still not open . Is the opened time a suggestion?
I went out of my way to stop her for cupcakes. When I got there the kiosk was opened but didn’t see anyone behind the counter. I wasn’t sure if that was normal or not. The kiosk was opened and I placed my order. Unfortunately no one was there. The employees that I thought were there were working at the other shop in the same building. Their hours show they close at 9:00. I was there at 6:20. So I paid for nothing and there’s no way to get a hold of them.
