hands down not just the best used car lot but there's a argument that could be made that its the best car lot in Marion period. I purchased a 05 Toyota matrix in march of 2018 nine months later no issues. The customer service i receive every time i walk though the door has been second to none in the twenty years i've been buying car. Brian the owner was very nice and upfront with me about the 2 vehicles I was inquiring about. He took his time and answered all my questions and he didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle there. I would highly recommend stopping by this place to talk to Brian and to see what he has to offer.
I had a friend who had cash called them to buy a car. The next day dealer took car to an auction after was promised this car. So he looked elsewhere and found something. He called them to let them know he found something else as a common courtesy to let them know so they wouldn't be waiting on him. The man was very rude and not professional at all with my friend. Definitely would not recommend this place to anybody.
Worse place ever will screw you over yes he will help you out with getting you in a vechical but it will have check engine light on or lock up on you with 2 months and you will be out 1000.00 dollars and he won't help you I lost my job and home and had to move back in with my family cause of this place he sold me one car at frist and it ran well inside the car was shot but didn't care he said engine is strong 2 months later my wife was on the side of the road with my two kids then on top it off Brian did work with us he said... read more
