Employee was nice, cupcakes were dry, and the recipe seems to have changed for the worse.
These used to be good and fresh and now they are garbage and very overpriced
Frosting was waxy like the outside of popcorn. one bite trashed it.
This is how I received my cupcake.. in a brown paper sack. It’s dry and cost $5.10 and so disappointing. The two ladies were not very engaging and I had to ask where to order. After I used the kiosk, the lady asked if I could check my bank account to make sure it went through because a ticket didn’t print and if I ordered a cupcake it would for sure print… had to prove that it did in fact go through on my bank account then received a dry cupcake in a paper sack. Will not return.
Got sick from being served expired cup cakes, they seem to have been there for days. Reporting to the Austin health department. There was no reason to do this as there were plenty of cup cakes on the shelf.
