We are very happy with Waterworld's service. Glen, Nick and Chris were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for well or irrigation services.
After the storm our sprinkler system was giving an error and would not allow us to water our yard. We were stressed we would be stuck hand watering for a few weeks until someone could make it out. However, Braedon was able to squeeze us in and come out the next day to repair our system. They were very kind, helpful, and responded quick!! I would highly recommend them!
We were recently impacted by the flood from hurricane helene. My pump for the irrigation system was completely submerged in saltwater and was not operational. I called Glen at 8am in the morning, and he picked up my call. By noon, he had two technicians at my home who replaced my pump, elevated it three feet, tested it, got my rid o rust tank working, and I am now in business. This was so helpful because I made a large investment in my landscaping and needed the irrigation to work in order to protect that investment.
Braedon replied to my post on Facebook right away. After speaking with him and Glen, they were both super nice and definitely know their business. They came out a few days later and were very honest with me, it was a 50-50 chance there would be enough water to get the pressure needed. I told them to go ahead and do it. They were right back out the next day and went “well” above and beyond and were able to get the well pumping and sprinklers back up and running! So very thankful!!! Would recommend 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
