Where did Geno go..
Overall helpful staff. Willing to help me understand what I needed for what I was working on. Frustrated that I bought a hose bib when I brought home would not thread into the part I needed. Brought it back and would not refund saying it was my fault. Not convinced it was anything I did. I just bought a defective hose bib.
They have quality parts and service you won't find at Home Depot or anywhere else. A decades old automatic sprinkler valve I had bought at HD failed. It's two outlets went straight down vertically. HD doesn't carry that one in store anymore but I could order a replacement online. I did, but the replacement had a sticker on it that warned that the valve must be 6" above the highest sprinkler head, which mine was not. It almost immediately started leaking.
