Customer Service so good it brought me to tears! Today, I went into the business in person and Lisa kindly helped me. She not only explained everything twice and demonstrated how the parts function and how to replace the part, she gave me the part at no charge! I was so stunned at her kindness and generosity, it brought me to tears. I highly recommend Sprinkler World and Lisa for all your sprinkler needs. We need more outstanding customer service like this and today, Lisa made my day!
