I had a water review by the City of Phoenix and received a multiple page report indicating my grass was being severely over watered. Since the HOA "landscapers" control the timer, which I own and the water I pay for, I visited Sprinkler World on Rose Garden Ln. Lisa was great on Wednesday showing me how to remove the programming part of the timer on a model they have in the showroom.
