Lousy service. They use low quality material and then when you call for service they blow you off. I would not recommend
Only hire them, if you want to throw away your money. Poor installation, poor service and poor response to your repeated calls, emails and voicemails. They never pick up the phone, you leave a voicemail and they don't bother calling back. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I am looking at a need to hire somebody and reinstall my entire sprinkler system, that is how bad of a job they have done, and it's only been a year since they installed it.
I had a system installed by Sprinkler Systems for Less in 2010. It has been nothing but trouble. They installed the control units directly on the spigot so they are out in the rain and sun which voids the warranty on the units and their accessories. They used cheap plastic parts for just about everything so parts crack and leak. The heads do not stay in place. The hoses do not stay in place. I just hung up with Chuck, after leaving him 3 messages on the phone, over the last week, and he indicated that he no longer has a crew of workers to be able to support his existing installations. When I told him that I felt I haven't been getting the "customer service" that I was promised 2 years ago, after paying him over $2,000 dollars, he just said "Tom, I can't help you", and hung up on me. I will be pursuing action with the Better Business Bureau of South Carolina immediately. Don't bother calling him anymore.
I called for service they brushed me off told me they where too busy. My money was not green I guess!!!
