the rudest employee was just driving infront of me in a work vehicle going 12 miles under the speed limit while on his phone scrolling or texting…. he then pulled over to yell at me through his window calling me a dumb loser and flipping me off saying he’s at work and i should get to work! I would never use this company based off of the rude employees and unsafe driving practices on the road!!! Maybe this is why this company has mostly negative reviews and 2 stars!!!
Worst company ever to deal with. Owner does not respond to calls or messages, and damaged our system last winter. Do not use!!
I called last week and left a voicemail and they never called me back. I called again today and left a voicemail and mid voicemail the receptionist answered. She was so rude, oblivious and nasty. She called me the wrong name the entire phone call. She told me there was a 3 -6 week wait and I should call back in a few weeks. She took my information but told me to call back and when I asked her if she could call (because that is her job) she said if I did not hear from her to call her back.
