I called last week and left a voicemail and they never called me back. I called again today and left a voicemail and mid voicemail the receptionist answered. She was so rude, oblivious and nasty. She called me the wrong name the entire phone call. She told me there was a 3 -6 week wait and I should call back in a few weeks. She took my information but told me to call back and when I asked her if she could call (because that is her job) she said if I did not hear from her to call her back. Called for some basic information and the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely nasty. Stated they don't give information over the phone and that if I'm not a current customer they aren't accepting any new clients. I'm fine if they are too busy, but maybe be a little nicer to someone trying to give you business. If I was a current customer and she handled the call like that, I would've cancelled all ties to them and went to another company.
