Talk about a great customer experience. Just stopped into Sprinkler Supply Company to buy a replacement park (dropped and broke a piece) so I can get my sprinkler working and Chris the sales guy was awesome helped me out and I would recommend this place to anyone needing sprinkle supplies. This guys are good.
For the most part, the staff provided friendly and courteous service. When I returned a valve with a bad o-ring (1 of 12), the short balding gentleman more or less said I over tightened the fitting. He replaced the ring, but acted like I was stealing the thing. I guess the fact I spent $3,000 on partparts means nothing. Lost a customer over anear o-ring. Good job!
