Very unprofessional communication and price gouging. The guy who showed up was someone named Armondo, I wrote my check directly to Armondo. When asking questions to Armondo about what he was going to do all I got was curt answers and condescending looks. Mike at Sprinkler Repair Services is simply an aggregator of repair crews, he calls out and finds a repair crew to come do the work, he takes no ownership of the work done by one of his random crews. His customer service and interpersonal skills are challenged. I asked him to add some heads and the work was done poorly and not satisfaction. 1 star is kind rating.

Asked the guy for a quote to just do my quick repair. He quoted me 150$ for a valve replacement based off a 95$/hr rate and with parts. I explained that I had the valve already purchased and the line/valve already exposed, just thought they could come do some quick PVC work to generate some cash. I was wrong. Guy I spoke with said "seriously?" And hung up when I asked him if he could do a deal for the circumstances. Just unprofessional to hang up on someone looking for professional help.
