At times I give a negative review when it's deserved. But I also like to provide feedback when the service is excellent. That was the case with SRP. The technician was attentive and found the problem quickly. The problem was that our MUD district was installing new water meters; and they left the main valve half-closed causing low pressure that was only detected due to the sprinklers at the back of the house barely working. Great service, very professional, explained everything and was able to answer all my questions. Was even able to help me set up a proper schedule for my sprinkler system based on my yard and bushes. Would highly recommend.
