They cancelled our appt because apparently the email response we sent to confirm wasn’t good enough. They called seven times tom confirm IN ONE DAY, and emailed, so we responded. Then they called again the day of the appointment to confirm and because my husband was busy at work and could not answer, they canceled the appointment. Do not use this business.
I saw standing water in our front yard, and one of our sprinkler zones has not come on since we bought our home 16 months ago, even the building inspector could not get it to work. I called AquaMax and 2 days later they had a tech at our door!!! Fantastic!!! TONY is the best. I showed him the pool of water and showed him the zone that did not work. He quickly freed the water pool and showed me that it was a loose connect in some plumbing which we didn't even know about (a water softening system in Dallas??? REALLLLLY???). He... read more
