We were very pleased with the entire process—from scheduling, to receiving the estimate, to the actual repairs. Ross did an excellent job with both the estimate and today’s work. He went above and beyond by marking the location of the pipes and even placing flags where potential fence posts might go. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
