On multiple scheduled appointments I have been pushed to following days for repairs on systems this company installed less than 6 months prior. Field repair techs are typically without any notable uniform or badge and cancel appointments frequently in the Winter Park area. Calling customer support will connect you with rude, unhappy, and pressed for time employees and the Manager Jan was very rushed to get me off the phone in 30 seconds and had no time to listen to the customer and instead assumed what I called for. Spoke with Jan and the lady was a complete shoddy unprofessional with zero customer service skills. Go someplace else.

Very unprofessional office staff! Had to cancel my appointment before technician even came because of the harassment and rudeness of the office staff! They acted like they did not want my business.... so I will be doing business with their competitors!! My advice, don't go here unless you want to be treated like trash!!
