Responsive, good phone presence, the technician was knowledgeable, listened to my description of the problem, asked appropriate questions, and was immediately ready to work. Unlike some competitors, spent no time trying to convince me he knew it all. He simply showed his competence in his work. A great experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My wife, who is very sensitive to good customer service was equally effusive. Hire this company!
