My sprinkler system broke down; I called Sam at Sprinkler Man Ohio. He sent Josh out to check out the problem, and found the backflow valve was not working. He had the parts on his truck and took care of the problem. I will also use them for the fall shut down. We are very happy with their service.
We hired Sprinkler Man Ohio to fix our sprinkler system after being idled for a couple of years. It took the repairman Joshua 3 trips to fix numerous problems. He is a humble, non-assuming and very knowledgeable technician.The company is a totally trusted and trusting operation. The cost is very reasonable and payment is required only after the job is done. It was really a pleasure to deal with a class act like SMO.

The team called me this year, 2026, when they were in the neighborhood, Shaun (sp.) checked everything and got me up and running! Simple and professional!!! 2025 - Called on a Tuesday - and was up and running on Wednesday. Team was professional, quick and my system has never watered every inch of my yard until the team "tuned it up!" Wired my new controller, buried the new wire, and fixed some heads. Great work and super fair pricing!
I had an amazing experience with Sprinkler Man and am very impressed with the care and follow up I received. I did leave a less than favorable review in the fall but after seeing how important my satisfaction was and how great the follow up and professional recommendations were from Sprinkler man I have to say I got it wrong.
