I would unconditionally recommend Dimitric and Sprinkler Doctors. Within 2 hrs he diagnosed the problem, rather than replace full valve he replaced the faulty part. Then he fixed or adjusted all heads and program. The system has never worked better. Thank you Dimitric!
Demetrick came out and not only took care of the initial problem and went above and beyond in identifying another, unrelated issue that required prompt attention. Fantastic service!
Had Brandon come out to do an inspection of a sprinkler system for a home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of the questions we had. He also walked us through everything we would need to do for the maintenance and care of the system as well as future issues that could arise. Very satisfied with Brandon and the Sprinkler Doctors team and would recommend.
Quincy came out in July and "fixed" a leak in my front yard valve box, changing out the solenoid only when the valve is also 20+ years old. Industry standard would've been to change both out. So comes Nov and there's a leak again, and the water goes through the box and yard's downward slope and the leak shows up a low point and the technician who came out (a different one) did not even go to the valve box to check and see that the leak originates from the valve and the whole box is fill with water (I found out after sending ... read more
