We used Sprinkler Doctor for years and were happy with the service. On the day of our appointment today, Carol cancelled on me at the last minute, telling me that the panel that hides our water is a "liability" to her techs and they cannot handle our sprinklers anymore. This is the first time she has said this and they've been turning on our water in this same manner for at least one year. I just bought a home and the sprinkler system hasn’t been regularly used in a few years. I asked Sprinkler Doctor to come out and open the system, etc. Jordan (technician) was excellent. HE was honest, straightforward with the work that needed to be done, and made the process easy. Pricing is also fair and reasonable.

Was soooooo very disappointed in the lack of care I was given as a 4 year customer. Tech did not follow the instructions to program the system properly as the previous tech (Austin, who is wonderful) always did. So I spent over $5,000 four years ago to install the system and paid for 4 years of service, to basically be ignored. Was refunded part of this years service which is not helpful. Very, disappointing, I would not recommend! I would give 0 stars if I could
