Steven at Sprinkler Detective was very friendly,polite,professional,patient and offers excellent customer service! When he answered the phones when I first called to ask questions about a repair i needed for my irrigation system he answered all my questions and concerns! Steven was great, came on the 4th of July, answered all of my questions & was very personable, which is very important to me.
I have been using Sprinkler Detectives for a couple of years for irrigation repair. I recently had them convert my Toro lawn sprinklers to high efficiency rotary nozzles. They encouraged me to also install swing arms to help precisely locate the sprinkler heads. Their work is high quality! They clean up, came back for adjustments, and know their products. I have decided to use Sprinkler Detectives to convert my backyard this coming fall.
