After coming out of a total hip surgery with one leg shorter than another ,3/4 “,for 8 months I walked around limping and in pain. I saw a man,I call my ‘Angel’ ,who had about 1 1/2 “ lift on his shoes . He told me he got it done at Sprinkles . I went and I met Dalon Queen C.O. (He also does prosthetics) He measured me ,went in the other room with my shoe . After about 3 games of hard solitaire he was back. I put my shoes on ,started walking and I didn’t want to stop!!! Not sure who I had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone but she really needs to work on her manners over the phone when she is speaking with another professional workplace. Her attitude was highly inappropriate towards myself & another person.
I moved here 3.5 years ago . Looking for Dr and Prosthesis. I hit the loto . Found Jeff Sprinkle and my Dr . Im a below the knee amputee. With pain problems sores on the stump blisters . He had mafe several sockets . Chased a moving targets . Jeff never gave up . He listen and he concord the fight . I'm well now and Ihave a new friend.. Jeff is also an amputee .and gets it Great. Staff Thank you.
I have to say i had a pleasant and informative visit here. You can tell they are about more than money. The man i seen was genuinely trying to help. I was at the end of my wits with this pain and very frustrated. He helped me get in the right direction.
