Close to everything
Great place. Nice area to launch your bike ride from. Close enough to the beach to walk. Walls are paper thin. You will hear people at night stomping around if you are on the bottom floor. Kept me awake. Also, there are condos with a HOT tub in the back (not springwoods). There are people who will make a lot of noise at 3am in the morning. Happened multiple times. We stay one week in villa 36, very comfortable and close to the beach.
I love this place, second week stay we have had in the last two months. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Pool is awesome and very inviting. In walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Buildings are dated inside and out, but that adds to the charm and atmosphere of the area to me. Our new go-to for spring and fall adventures at Hilton Head Island!
Great location but in need of some upgrades. Mattresses need to be replaced as they were very lumpy. Blood on queen mattress. Doors don’t close easily and 1st floor toilet kept running even though we didn’t use it. The lock for the front door was ridiculous and didn’t work all the time. Owners need to be advised of these issues from Vacasa.
