The worst apartment building I have ever lived in i have more to say but I will just keep it to this i will never recommend this place to anyone. But if you want to live here, go right ahead. You will live with mold cat pee dog pee cigarettes and weed and its disgusting
people working in this place is very approachable,kind and understanding
It was an absolute pleasure staying here at Springwood! I've been with board walk for about 6 years and from what I've heard from others they aren't very good to deal with however my 6 year stay with board walk has been nothing short of amazing! Specifically spring wood. The office staff are very professional and accommodating and easy to deal with! The landscapers do an amazing job at keeping the place looking nice and comfortable! If I'm ever in need I 100% will be coming back!
The Boardwalk Staff have brought my family a friendly atmosphere the children are always welcome, we enjoy our stay and this company is Amazing never have any issues with maintenance everything is taking care of promptly and professionally. Thank you for your commitment to the rental community!!
