Karina, the complex manager is awesome! She promptly attended to our questions and concerns. She was clear about the application process and we were able to move in promptly. The neighborhood is cute and just right for us! Thank you, Karina for being professional, compassionate and personable. We will highly recommend, Springwood Park to our friends and family—especially as long as Karina is the Manager.

Im going on my 3rd year here at springwood park and i couldn’t be more happier! I love Mrs. Karina the property manager , she always looks out for our family and if there are any issues she handles it right away! Mr. John the maintenance man is also a really nice guy handles anything you need even if its just to help put your license plate on lol. All and all a very great community anybody would be lucky to have a great property manager like Mrs. Karina ! Definitely recommend
