I checked in on Saturday with no reception available. The lockbox code they texted me was incorrect, and after several attempts, it locked for 10 minutes. It was 8:30 pm, raining, and my children were waiting in the car. When I called, the staff member gave me the correct code but blamed me for entering it too many times. There was no apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. Very disappointing customer service.
room was nice with everything we needed there were 2 cups per person, kettle, microwave, mini fridge, table+plenty of chairs, couch, shampoo+conditioner+bodywash, lotion+hand soap, towels, extra blankets, steam iron+ironing board, hangers housekeeping came in and tidied the place when we weren’t there laundryplace needed 4 $1 coins so didn’t get to use
