Dr. Serbin is a BLESSING!! He is the first doctor to take me seriously after 10 years of not being heard/dismissed. He listens, he’s thorough, and kind!! All I can really say is he is a blessing. I’m so grateful to be in his care.
The doctors here are all about the cure; not masking symptoms...I love this place
I had an appointment scheduled for a couple weeks in advance and when I went in I was told they wouldn't see me if I had medicaid because they didn't accept it. I told them I had United Healthcare, who they are in network with, as my primary insurance and I would be paying for any remaining costs and they still didn't allow me to be seen just because I had medicaid as well. Disappointed because the doctor herself had good reviews and I was looking forward to getting care.
