Just took my 3 month old F-Pace to these guys because the tailgate will not close, leaving the car unlockable and the battery going flat. Was told to come back in a month. Someone needs to remind me why I paid $120k for this type of service.
Extremely disappointed and very poor customer service Car was sitting there for 3 months, They ordered parts and waited over 3 months and came back to me saying they don't make part (fuse box) for Jaguar XF older than 10 years. So they dont have any solution and asked me to taw the car back. s seems I wasted nearly 50k on the car. There are so many emails going back and forth with UK main customer service branch and Springwood branch but it seems they literally don't car and don't have any alternatives to fix the issue. Melissa the so called assistant service manager has the worst customer service and is clueless about the services, procedures and policies of the organisation. Everything that was booked in today to have done was not completed or was refused to be addressed or attended to. I had even asked for a valuation on my sons current jag to trade in so we could buy him a brand new one. The customer service is non existent and they lack competent resources to do a basic service. My jaguar xf started giving a sound at 40km/hr every time I start the vehicle and drive it. This happened straight after the 60k service and after continuous follow up for about 45 days, they checked my car and came back that ABS module has fault and to be replaced costing 8000 AUD.
