Not very helpful
I called Springwood Honda regarding my Honda City fuel pump recall. Hannah attended the call and said no booking dates were available and couldn’t advise any timeframe, even for next year. When I asked about booking at another centre, she said Mt Gravatt was also packed and implied I couldn’t book elsewhere, which was unhelpful. Been on hold for an hour and still no one has picked up, i would recommend calling Honda Australia if you really want any updates on any case, this place is useless
⭐ 0 stars if I could. If you’re thinking about taking your car here, save yourself the frustration (and money) — you might as well flush it down the toilet. The manager has zero customer service skills and acts like a know-it-all. They didn’t fix the issue with my car but still charged me for a new battery and other parts I didn’t need. To make things worse, they failed to reinstall some parts properly — another Honda dealer had to fix their mistakes. This place is an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs!
They never answer the phone. Have been waiting for 30 mins.
