I was having a panic attack and I pulled in a parking spot that was closest to me. The owner told me to move which I told him I would this man literally waited until I started coughing and breathing hard to tell me to hurry up. No type of sympathy. Didn't ask if I was okay. Just kept yelling at me to hurry up and move.

As the business owner that Ms. C****** is speaking of, I find it quite confusing and honestly a little dishearten that she decided to put information out there in terms of this. Ms. C****** was parked almost directly in front of the door as I was having an emergency with a IDD person that we serve. Ms. C****** was waiting on her appointment time at the dentist across the street and didn't want to move.
