I rang for an appointment and the Gas Plumber arrived on time to clean check and fix 3 Gas Heaters. He cleaned 2 heater really well but advised that the third heater was not able to be fixed as it was to old and parts were not available. I was only charged for 2 heaters and was pleased with the service. I was sent an invoice with sound details and there payment system was easy. I was pleased with everything and the Gas Service Person being frank about the broken heater and not being charged.

We had Springwood Gas troubleshoot our old gas central heating system. They recomended replacement, and were able to organise everything. Very happy with the new system and the professionality of their service staff.

Autumn is the time of year to get your heaters serviced before long winter months of use. We had our system updated and maintained yesterday and Springwood Gas gave us a clean bill of health, which means days and nights of efficient, safe heating, with all ventilation points checked for Co2. Get it done and breathe easy.

Good luck if you deal with this firm you will need it. No response from several emails nor returning numerous phone calls back FOR OVER A WEEK. Said they only had 1 girl on Staff? Seriously pathetic - a dreadful dreadful company. Gave us an expensive Faulty Controller and then refused to come good with a Replacement even under Warranty (told us they had NONE in Stock at their main Office??? Really?). PATHETIC.
