Our landlord, Debbie, is amazing. She is always there to help when needed and makes sure that repairs are done right. She is always around the property interacting with the property maintenance crew and talking with residents. The property is always kept in good condition and is getting painted this week.
It's a nice and quiet property. Renewed my lease for a third time in June and the staff is great to work with especially the property manager Debbie
Deborah the property manager is always very polite and she worked very hard getting people out who are causing major issues on the property.
Needs upgraded and for $850/mo I'd expect more. My son lives here and the utility bills are ridiculous for such a small place.
