This clinic’s conduct was extremely concerning, and in my opinion, completely unacceptable. The receptionists/VTA’s were nice, but we were told we were going to be given an estimate after already waiting in the room for 2 hours and we were never given one. Same thing with the invoice, didn’t receive it until the following day… unacceptable ! I switched vets and started coming to Springwood for about 4 years now. The care and compassion that they show for my dog and all the animals is beyond compare. I would definitely recommend Springwood to my friends and family. Thank you for everything you do!
Thank you for fitting in Lulu on the weekend when she fell ill unexpectedly (Emerg Vet was 5-6 hour wait) Truely appreciated and your staff were so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The most loving staff I've ever had to deal with in all my years of pet ownership, I'm not sure I've ever felt more seen or cared for and my animal made such a priority. During the hardest time of pet ownership this clinic and their staff showed kindness, understanding and care towards us and my beautiful girl. I can't thank them enough.
