We had a great experience with Springwater Painting! Victoria in the main office was excellent to deal with. Renaldo and his crew were great to deal with onsite and very hard working. The follow up and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Our home exterior looks amazing and our neighbors are full of compliments! Thank you!
Would not hire again, unfortunately I did not receive the quality and professionalism that I expected. Their crew damaged my tongue and groove wood siding by using a gas powered pressure washer and holding the nozzle too close to the surface, resulting in significant etching in the wood on multiple exterior walls. They then tried to cover the damage by applying a first coat of paint rather than addressing the problem. After that they notified me and apologized. We recently had Springwater paint our old red brick chimneys a matt black! The team did a great job & they look amazing!!! The office communication was excellent! The picture shows the incredible difference!
From start to finish an absolutely perfect experience. The quote was very reasonable, they started in two weeks, and it took 3.5 days for them to paint our entire main floor and upstairs hallway. Toni and Sveltana were amazing and did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with the end result. Thank you so much!
I highly recommend this painting company for any home painting needs. We had 2 new doors and trim that needed to be painted, as well as a kitchen refresh. Springwater was extremely organized from giving the estimate to scheduling the job. The painters, Toni and Naj, were punctual, efficient and very precise. They did an excellent job painting and they were very pleasant to work with. Definitely a 5 star company.
